Formerly a professional ballet dancer, most recently with The Suzanne Farrell Ballet, Evan Reynolds began his career in fashion as a stylist, starting as an assistant and working his way up to conceptualizing, styling, and creative direction on several editorials. Evan has styled store campaigns and fashion stories published in Vogue, The Rakish Gent, Sarasota Magazine, and Style Magazine. Shortly after beginning his career as a stylist, he entered into the retail fashion world as an assistant womenswear buyer and marketing director for The Met, an independent luxury multi-brand store in Sarasota, FL. During his 3.5 years at The Met, Evan assisted in the women’s ready-to-wear and accessories department buying process with trips to fashion week for brands such as Alberta Ferretti, Carven, Peter Pilotto, Rag & Bone, and Ralph Lauren. He was responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that coordinated print, social media and e-mail advertising, stemming from conceptualizing and directing The Met’s campaign photoshoots as well as the development of a newly launched website in November 2014; Evan was the editor of themetsarasota.com and The Met’s blog, The Met Edit.
Evan has since moved back to his hometown of Milwaukee, WI, where he is finishing his minor in French Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and splits his time between Chicago and Milwaukee. Evan will be applying to schools to finish his major in January 2017.
